Returns & refunds – step by step

Short version

You can return new, unused items with the original hangtag. We don’t set a strict time limit for returns. However, we kindly ask you to send back items that don’t fit or you don’t like as soon as possible — in new/unused condition and with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the items, we refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.

How the return works

Please check that the product is unused and that the original hangtag is still attached.
Pack the item securely for the return shipment.
Send the parcel to the appropriate return address (see below).
Keep the shipping receipt until the refund process has been completed.
After the goods have been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs & refunds

– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
– Refunds are processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
– Processing may take a few business days.

What is considered “unused”?
Products must not have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use.

What happens if the hangtag is missing or damaged?
In this case, the item must be sent to our address in Austria.

Can I exchange an item?
Direct exchanges are not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.

Do I need to contact you before returning an item?
No, prior notification is not required.
