Returns & refunds – step by step
Short version
You can return new, unused products with the original hangtag attached within 30 days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After the goods have been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount.
How the return works
Please check that the product is unused and that the original hangtag is still attached.
Pack the item securely for the return shipment.
Send the parcel to the appropriate return address (see below).
Keep the shipping receipt until the refund process has been completed.

Products must not have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use.
What happens if the hangtag is missing or damaged?
In this case, the item must be sent to our address in Austria.
Can I exchange an item?
Direct exchanges are not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.

No, prior notification is not required.
