Can I exchange an item?

Summary

Unfortunately, we can’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want in our EU shop.


How it works

1) Return the item

Send the item back according to our returns policy (unused, in new condition, with hangtag/tags attached).

2) Wait for the refund

Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, we’ll refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.

3) Place a new order

Then place a new order for the item you want (e.g., a different size or color) in our EU shop.


FAQ

Why don’t you offer direct exchanges?
To keep refunds and stock availability clear and fast, exchanges are handled as a return + new order.

Can I order the new item right away?
Yes. If you need it quickly and it’s in stock, you can order immediately. Your refund will be processed separately once your return has been inspected.

What if the item I want is sold out?
We recommend checking availability in the shop before placing the new order.
