As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
With this number, you can check the status of your delivery at any time.


When will I receive my tracking number?

– Your tracking number is created once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
– You will receive the tracking details
– via email directly from the shipping carrier, and
– you can also find them in your customer account.


How can I track my order?

  1. Open the shipping confirmation email or log in to your customer account.

  2. Click on the tracking number or copy it.

  3. Check the current delivery status on the website of the respective carrier.


Important notes about tracking

– It may take up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
– During this time, the status may not update immediately.
– In most cases, the tracking updates automatically after a short delay.

Why hasn’t my shipment status changed?
