Warranty – what is covered?

Short version
Our warranty applies exclusively to material and workmanship defects.
Damage caused by external influences, improper use, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

What is covered by our warranty?

– Material defects
– Workmanship defects

Each warranty case is reviewed individually and fairly.

What is not covered by the warranty?

UV damage
– Fading caused by sun exposure
– Brittle material resulting in cracks

Weather-related or accidental damage
– Damage caused by strong wind
– Fire, heat, or sparks
– Damage caused by animal claws or bites

Improper use or care, for example:
– Hanging the hammock too low so that it touches or rubs against the ground
– Contact with sharp or pointed objects
– Exceeding the maximum load capacity (model-dependent)
– Jumping, excessive swinging, or using the product for unintended purposes

Normal wear and tear
– Age- and use-related wear that naturally occurs over time with regular use
